Small Group Fitness

Small group training offers you the chance to train with other individuals who are in the exact same position as you, in small groups of 4-6, where not only will you be given accountability, nutrition advice, progress monitoring – but you will also be progressed together. You will move from stages of movement quality, to cardiovascular fitness, to strength training and so on. Our high level professionals will meet you where you are at, perform proper assessments, and progress you and your group.
 
We realize that not everyone can afford the personalized instruction that 1 on 1 personal training will offer. However many individuals need some personal attention on their movement, and all around needs. 
 
With this in mind – we have developed a great, affordable option that provides the highest quality fitness, instruction, community, and accountability possible for individuals. 
 
You will have the option to train with your group, either 2 or 3 days per week in sessions that are lead by your coach. Not only that, but you will be given unlimited gym access on top of that. You may attend any class, or use the gym as you please!
