Professionalism and principle-based approach to health and performance value facts over everything. He believes that training programs need to be personalized based on client goals and physical limitations. During his coaching sessions, he loves to educate each client on the theory and intention behind exercises being implemented. His goal is to offer a very high-level service, that is above and beyond current industry standards.

What made you choose this career path?
- My dream of playing soccer at a professional level got me into the game of sports & fitness. I worked with some amazing coaches at a young age. My passion or learning about fitness inspired me to come to Canada for education. I love working one on one with people and see them progress over time.
